CTI Construction, LLC (formerly REI Construction) is a full service General Contractor/ Construction Management Company providing services in General Contracting, Construction Management, Design Build and Owners Representation. Headquartered in Carmel, IN., the construction company has been in business for over thirty-five years.

Started as a tenant improvement department for R.V. Welch Investments in 1977, the company has evolved and grown since then. In 1986, Bob Welch sold his shares of the company to Michael Browning and the company was renamed Browning Investments and the construction department became BMI Construction Services. In 1994, REI Investments was formed and BMI Construction Services was renamed to REI Construction Services until December of 2005 when it was renamed to REI Construction, LLC and was a wholly owned subsidiary of REI Real Estate Services, LLC. In June of 2010, David Ford (then President of REI Construction, LLC) purchased the company from REI Real Estate Services and continues as President and Owner.

Effective January 1, 2016, the company’s name was changed to CTI Construction, LLC to better reflect our long term goals and identity. We continue to focus in the Healthcare, Hospitality, Interior and Commercial building markets and providing outstanding service and quality projects for our customers. Although the name of the company has evolved, our focus on quality and customer service remains the same.
