Scope Of Work

This project was a new coffee shop and gourmet burger restaurant for Aramark in the University of South Florida’s student housing village. The project is located on the ground fl oor of a new fi ve story student housing building. The scope of work included an interior buildout of restaurant and retail space with a shared back-of-house, cold storage walkins, kitchen and support spaces to support the new retail functions. ENCOTECH’s scope included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes, including a combination of polished concrete fl oors, fl oor and wall tile, ceilings and wall fi nishes. New front service counters and new dining areas were also contained in the scope, as well as furnishings with comfortable shop environments designed for student residents, faculty and University guests.
