Mr. Younes comes from a civil engineering background where he spent
over ten years working in the highway construction industry.
In
1998, Mr. Younes opened his own Construction Management company that
quickly turned into a full service General Contracting firm, Encotech
Services, LLC. Encotech is based out of Orlando, FL with an emphasis
on restaurant development, commercial retail, office complexes, and
residential construction servicing several national clients along with
its loyal local customers.
In 2006, Mr. Younes founded ESI
Properties LLC, a holding company which now owns several properties in
Orlando, FL. ESI also became involved in the area development and took
a consequent shareholder stake in the national restaurant chain, Santa
Fe Cattle Co, for the State of Florida.
In 2011, Mr. Younes
became a Franchisee for Denny’s Restaurants, owning and operating 11
Florida units. He was one on the top 40 Franchisees in the chain. The
AUV of the units grew for $1,080,000 when he took over and grew to an
AUV of $1,480,000 when he sold the portfolio in 2016.
Mr. Younes
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from
Michigan State University. He is a licensed Certified General
Contractor in the State of Florida and a registered Professional
Engineer in the State of Michigan. Lastly, Mr. Younes is an active
community leader who served on the Development Advisory Board of
Orange County, FL.
Mr. Younes and his wife Valerie are co-chairs
for St. Jude Children’s research hospital in Tampa, FL where they help
raise over $500,000 a year for that cause.
