Scope Of Work
This project was a remodel for Aramark in the University of South Florida’s Marshall Student Center. The scope of work included a complete renovation of an existing restaurant space that was formerly used for Einstein Bros. Bagels and transforming the space into a Panera Bread. ENCOTECH’s scope included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes including fl oor and wall tile, ceilings, wall fi nishes and a new front service counter.
