Scope Of Work
This project was a remodel for Aramark in the University of South Florida’s Marshall Student Center. The scope of work included the complete renovation of an existing restaurant space that was formerly used for a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and transform it into a Chick-fi l-A restaurant with a dining room and a Bento sushi bar. ENCOTECH’s scope included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, plumbing, food service equipment and fi nishes, including a combination of polished concrete fl oors, fl oor and wall tile, ceilings, wall fi nishes, new front service counters and updated dining areas with new furnishings.
