Scope Of Work

This project was a remodel of an existing Chickfi l-A into a more modernized and refreshed design, suitable to the vibrant and active campus lifestyle of the University of Central Florida. The work completed consisted of relocation of existing restaurant equipment and installation of new equipment, electrical work for the aforementioned equipment, new lighting, and new Chick-fi l-A-brand selected fi nishes, including wall and fl oor tile, ceilings, wall fi nishes and paint. The kitchen was renovated for effi ciency and was redesigned to include a Chick-fi l-A-brand “centerline” layout to improve production. A new front service counter and updated dining areas were created to meet increasing demand and suit the ever-fl owing student body as they progress through their daily activities.
