Scope Of Work
St. Andrew’s School, Gym, and Multi-Purpose Building required demolition of the existing gym building and construction of two new buildings, including a steel-frame gym and classroom building and a wood-frame, multipurpose building. Extensive site improvements included rebuilding a parking area, landscaping, and site utilities.
The school and church campus were in full operation during construction. XL Closely coordinated with the school to facilitate alternate routes for drop-off and pick up of students and established “safe zones” for students to segregate the construction activities from the active campus. As the project included demolition of the existing facility, temporary facilities were put in place to avoid disruption to the rest of the campus.
