With potentially hundreds of players from many different companies on a given construction project, being a good partner is essential. Everyone’s work on a project is critical to its success, and we have found that working in collaborative partnership results in greater buy-in, cooperation, and productivity, which leads to better results.

In fact, we think partnership is so important we’ve made it our mission to be a great one. We want all of our people to constantly be asking, “What would a good partner do?” This goes for our relationships with owners, designers, engineers, trades and suppliers.

Strong partnerships lead to strong project teams with each member striving for the success of all. And that, we think, improves the lives of those we interact with, as they improve ours, and as together we improve the lives of those in our communities through the buildings we construct.
