Scope Of Work
This project included the construction of a new 8,000 s.f. wood-framed classroom building on an occupied school campus. Extensive site improvement included a new blacktop area and playing field.
This project was constructed on an occupied school campus and required phasing to ensure continued campus access. Student safety was paramount and extensive site fencing was utilized to create “safe zones” for students. Because of the location of the school on a busy two-lane street, site access was limited. XL closely coordinated with the school for material deliveries to mitigate any impacts to pick up/drop off traffic.
