Bruce has over 38 years of experience in the industry.  He started out as a laborer for the family business in the summers of his youth.  Shortly after college, Bruce took over as President and built the company to be one of the top interior firms in the Washington DC market.

Janis returned to her roots in the family business in 2005.  She is involved in many aspects of the business including strategic planning, marketing, and business development of the company.  She has 20 years commercial experience and got her start in the retail industry developing and overseeing a national program for the world’s largest retailer. Janis is alumnus of the University of Maryland.

Tim has been part of the Kalmia team for 15 years, managing the financial operations of the company. He built his career in the financial sector of business.  Prior to life at Kalmia, Tim worked for GES as Executive Director, Information Technology & CIO for 6 years.  He did 10 years at IBM and worked his way to becoming a Principal and Senior Project Manager.  He has an MBA from the University of Memphis and a BS in Engineering from Wilkes University.

Jay grew up in the industry and has covered a whole gamut of experience in the field and office.  He has 25 years in the business.  He oversees the operations which includes -, estimating, and field operations.  He came to Kalmia in 2010 from Coakley & Williams and prior to that was with Foulger-Pratt.  His experience includes ground up and interior renovations for a variety of project types.

Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry.Skilled in Negotiation, Suretrack, Project Estimation, Renovation, and Team Building. Strong program andproject management professional who learned the trade through field experience-.

Stan manages business development for Kalmia.  He is responsible for building client relationships, selecting the types and sizes of the projects pursued and overall client satisfaction.  He is a highly motivated and qualified professional with extensive experience in all aspects of business strategies. Stan came to Kalmia from Coakley Williams where he spent 13 years in sales.  Prior to that he was in IT sales for 6 years and spent 13 seasons in the National Football League.  His years quarterbacking in the NFL and the University of Maryland contributed to a successful business career. He is a team leader and can effectively bring a diverse group of people together toward a common solution.
