Scope Of Work
Kalmia Construction delivered two branch locations for Old Line Bank. The Greenbelt Maryland branch was built from the ground up. The Annapolis Maryland branch was a renovated site from the prior bank suite in a mid-rise commerical building. Both build-outs feature traditional architecture with plenty of classic millwork, molding, and typical bank details. However both projects also included some upgraded cielings and columns details to give the banks some modern appeal.
