Scope Of Work
Kalmia helped Business Executives for National Security (BENS) with all the construction management needs for their new headquarters. In addition to typical general contracting services, Kalmia coordinated BENS needs for IT, AV, Furniture, & Security so that the work by vendors and subcontractors were folded into one cohesive effort to deliver a quality product within the project schedule. Project highlights include an extensive stone package, millwork, & SCIF construction.
