Scope Of Work
An 8000 square foot 4 story art-deco themed restaurant. This project was a renovation of a 1928 historic limestone building in Chinatown. It required a number of modernizations including an elevator installation. An enormous smoker was installed on the 1st level, dining space on the 2nd level, a 50 foot bar on the 3rd level, and a fabulous rooftop bar/patio. Many of the specific details in the finishes were preserved to keep alive the historic past and a 1920's vibe.
