Dave began his career in the construction industry more than 25 years ago. Dave began his career working for a local general contractor as a union carpenter apprentice. Dave’s desire to learn and self-motivation allowed him to advance quickly throughout his career, working as a Foreman and then as a Superintendent. As a Superintendent, Dave managed many major Southeastern Wisconsin building projects in the commercial office, industrial, and higher education markets.
Throughout Dave’s career, some of his most notable projects in downtown Milwaukee include first class tenant build-outs in the US Bank, Plaza East, 100 East Wisconsin, 411, & 1000 N. Water buildings. Dave’s client list also includes State Fair Park Dorms, Alverno College Technology & Learning Center, Harley Davidson Museum, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Northwestern Mutual Life, and Potawatomi Bingo & Casino, University School of Milwaukee, Hyatt Regency Hotel Lobby renovation, JC Penney retail remodeling, SC Johnson Project Honor, MSOE Man at Work Museum, & Lynden Sculpture Gardens.
Dave enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time and also finds great relaxation in going to Brewer games with his family. Dave and his wife Stephanie live in Wind Lake Wisconsin.
