Scope Of Work
Construction of new senior living community consisting of a 160-unit apartment building, six duplex units, and four triplex units. The four-story Palazzo del Maré Senior Center features one- and two-bedroom apartments with private balconies. Ranch-style apartments, the del Maré Villas, have one- and two-bedroom floor plans, private entrances and attached garages. Services and amenities on the campus include a chapel, library, fitness center, wood shop, technology center and arts and crafts center. All apartments have views of the lake.
