Scope Of Work
This project included renovation of four levels of an existing skilled nursing facility, converting the first floor to 31 CBRF units. The second, third and fourth floors were renovated to create 199 individual units, and six double occupancy rooms. The renovation also included an addition to a new central nurse station/staff area and dining room/kitchen on each floor area to provide a home-like environment.
