Christa Andresky is the Chief Financial Officer for Turner
Construction Company. As the leader of Turner’s finance organization;
Christa is responsible for building upon the finance teams’ strengths
and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment
towards people and customer service. In addition, Christa is
responsible for maintaining the company’s strong balance sheet and
providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities and creating
value for stakeholders.
Christa joined the company in 2013 as a vice president and
controller. She became a senior vice president in 2017, and became the
Chief Financial Officer in 2021.
Mark Boyle is a senior vice president and the chief procurement
officer at Turner Construction Company. Mark is responsible for
Turner's Procurement Organization and leads the company's Global
Sourcing Group.
Mark joined the company in 1986 as a
field engineer in New York and progressed through a variety of
assignments including purchasing manager, project executive and
manager of business development. In 2000, Mark was promoted to vice
president and senior vice president in 2005.
Mike Kuntz is an executive vice president of Turner Construction
Company with responsibility for global sales and the market segment
groups, and serves as the senior leader for the Southwest, Northern
California, and Northwest regions.
Mike joined the company in 1987 as an assistant superintendent
in Boston. Mike was promoted to vice president and director of the
Pharmaceutical Group in 1998. In 2003, Mike was named vice president
and general manager of the Philadelphia office. In 2010, Mike was
promoted to senior vice president responsible for global sales and the
market segment groups and in 2013 Mike expanded his leadership to
additionally serve as the senior leader for the Southwest, Northern
California, and Northwest regions.
Pat Di Filippo is an executive vice president of Turner Construction
Company with responsibility for Turner’s offices in New York, New
Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and the New England states.
Additionally, Pat is responsible for managing Turner's partial
ownership of E.E. Cruz, a New York City based heavy construction company.
Pat began his career with Turner in New York in 1984 and progressed
through a variety of assignments and in 1998 he was promoted to vice
president. In 2003, Pat was promoted to senior vice president with
responsibility for Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and
Louisiana. In 2005, Pat returned to New York as executive vice
president of Turner’s New York, New York Interiors, Albany and New
Jersey operations.
Peter joined Turner in 1978 after graduating from Pratt Institute.
Peter’s first assignment was as a field engineer on the Brigham and
Women's Hospital project in Boston. He moved to New York in 1980 and
has held a wide variety of assignments in the delivery and management
of Turner’s work.
Peter was appointed president of Turner in 2003 and chief
executive officer in 2004.
Rosemarie Demonte is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Turner
Construction Company. Rosemarie is responsible for overall leadership
of Turner's Human Resources group including Learning, Talent
Management and Recruiting, and Compensation and Benefits.
Rosemarie joined the company in 2002 as a director of
recruiting. In 2008 she was promoted to vice president of recruiting,
and became a senior human resources director the following year. In
2020 Rosemarie became senior vice president and the Chief Human
Resources Officer.
Tom is responsible for overall leadership of Turner's Human Resources
group including Learning, Talent Management and Recruiting and
Compensation and Benefits. In addition, Tom provides senior leadership
for the company's corporate sustainability organization.
Tom Reilly is an executive vice president and the senior leader for
Turner’s offices in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Ohio regions and
Turner's Federal Services group.
Tom joined Turner in 1987 as a field engineer in the New Jersey
office, and he has since held a number of operations positions,
including superintendent, purchasing agent, project manager, and
project executive. He was promoted to vice president and operations
manager of Turner’s Government Services group in 2003. Tom’s
additional leadership roles have included vice president and general
manager of Turner’s Mid-Atlantic Region, vice president and general
manager of the New Jersey office, and vice president and regional
manager for Turner’s offices in Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
