Scope Of Work
The renovation of the 191,000 square foot Fertitta Center at the University of Houston creates an improved experience for fans of collegiate basketball and serve as a tool for recruitment of top athletic talent.
Enhancements to the concourse will include new large lobbies, concessions, and public spaces. The seating bowl will undergo reconfigurations to provide more premium seats and floor-level seating. The project also includes new video boards, an upgraded audio system, lighting, and concession stands.
Enhancements to the building exterior include replacement of select exterior elements including concrete panels, curtain-wall with back-lit panels, an updated VIP entrance tunnel with LED rail lighting, and added recreational outdoor seating areas.
