Scope Of Work
A speculative designed home for Mr. & Mrs Steve Heidrick on a secluded cul-de-sac designed and to be constructed by Alan Utz & Associates, Inc located in historical azalea district of Tyler, Texas.
2016 versions of AutoCAD & Sketchup along with V-Ray / Podium rendering software were utilized to create these stunning graphics to promote the construction of two remaining lots within the subdivision. Once modeling was completed it was placed in the proposed geophysical location to simulate true shading and shadows.
