Scope Of Work
CentrePort Station, a retail development by Dickerson Development, is located in the heart of the D/FW Metroplex at the NEC of Trinity Blvd and State Hwy. 360. As the primary retail component of the 1,300-acre master-planned development known as The Campus at CentrePort, CentrePort Station will feature retail space and restaurant pads with excellent access and visibility from both Hwy 360 and Trinity Blvd. The Campus at CentrePort consists of approximately 12.5 million square feet of office and industrial space, 1,400 apartment units, over 700 hotel rooms (300 existing, 400 additional rooms under construction), future residential development and the TRE train station. In addition to the CentrePort development, the project is in close proximity to new residential developments such as The Lakes of Bird’s Fort, corporate campuses such as the regional EDS offices and the American Airlines HQ, the D/FW Airport and business parks. The shopping center components will be designed in a turn-of-the-century, railroad-themed style. It will be located west of the 295-room Marriott hotel with two more 150-room hotels (Candlewood Suites and a Holiday Inn)
