Scope Of Work
Successfully meeting critical deadlines, Shannon Construction completed nine premium retail build-out stores for Airest Collezioni Stores, a provider of customized ‘travel retail’ solutions, over nine months. The 10,000 square feet of commercial build-out was an internationally coordinated effort that included working in the busy and high-security Pittsburgh Airmall. Millwork and fixtures arrived from Europe in pieces requiring assembly and modifications to meet U.S. standards before installation. Shannon was able to maximize the coordinated effort while still meeting each store brand’s criteria and needs.
