Greg Heddaeus's Bio
Mr. Heddaeus graduated with a degree in construction management from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. During his college career, he interned at Dick Corporation in their building division’s estimating department where he learned drawing take-offs and developed sub-contractor relationships. His final collegiate internship was with CWC as an Associate Project Manager for the Washington Crossroads parking garage. Greg joined CWC full time in 2007, spending his first three years building parking garages in South Carolina and Bethlehem, PA. After successful completion of the $40M Sands Bethlehem Casino garage in Bethlehem, PA, he was made Project Manager in the restoration division of the company. Mr. Heddaeus has spent the past 10 years developing CWC’s restoration division, managing current clients’ needs, as well as developing new client relationships. Greg holds both West Virginia and Florida state licenses, as well as a certification in Post Tensioning. He is a member of the local ICRI Pittsburgh Chapter.
Joe White's Bio
Mr. White is a graduate of Slippery Rock University (’81), holding a B.S. in Environmental Science. His career began at Harry S. Peterson, Inc. serving as superintendent and eventually District Manager for the garage repair and waterproofing division out of the Ohio Valley Region. Mr. White oversaw all aspects of construction, sales, estimating, installation, and consumer relations. After 15 years with HSP, he became an original founder of Carl Walker Construction, Inc. During CWC’s early years, Mr. White performed estimates, managed construction, and oversaw client relations for the renovation division of the company. As the company grew, he assumed a more hands-on approach to help further the three most important aspects of the CWC culture: quality work, safety, and hiring the most highly-skilled and trained associates. Mr. White has overseen more than 1,000 renovation/waterproofing projects since he founded the company in 1996. He is dedicated to strong family and community core beliefs, and continues to donate company resources and efforts to helping the aging infrastructures of our region’s local places of worship.

Kyle Cavanaugh's Bio
Mr. Cavanaugh attended West Virginia University, during which time he interned at Taggart Global, an EPC company that specializes in coal preparation. After joining Taggart full time, Kyle worked as a procurement officer, and within two years, he was promoted to head of purchasing. Following a second promotion to Project Manager, he managed several $20M-$30M projects over the course of three years. In 2013, Mr. Cavanaugh joined Carl Walker Construction, Inc, and currently serves as Restoration Regional Manager. His managerial region includes WV, KY, OH, VA, MD, and NC. His breadth of experience in various categories of construction has allowed CWC to develop the Specialty Projects Division, where we remain leaders in stadium restoration, infrastructure repairs, and waterproofing. Kyle is certified by the Post Tensioning Institute and is a member of The Stadium Managers Association.

Blake Carroll's Bio
Mr. Carroll joined CWC in the summer of 2017 after graduating from the University of Akron with a degree in construction engineering technology. Blake was hired as a Project Manager with our restoration division and oversees construction production, as well as project close-out, material procurement, and scheduling for the Pittsburgh area. Mr. Carroll continues to grow with the company and has attended several material supply training programs during his short tenure with CWC, including CheMasters Training, Simpson Strong-Tie CFRP Training, and BASF cementitious and waterproofing training.
Bryan Teter's Bio
Mr. Teter worked with the Army Corps of Engineers from 2006 to 2012, where he completed his six years as non-commissioned officer E5. During his enlistment, he oversaw carpentry and masonry projects in the US, Mali, Africa, Kuwait, and Iraq. Following enlistment, Bryan was accepted to WVU where he graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science. Bryan joined Carl Walker Construction, Inc. as Assistant Project Manager in our renovation division’s New York region. He was quickly promoted to Project Manager of the New York division, and has been integral to the company’s growth throughout the north and east. Mr. Teter is highly qualified in field operations, production management, material procurement and placement, as well as close out documentation.

Chris McElhaney's Bio
Mr. McElhaney graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Management. During his college career, he traveled the country performing hydro demolition on garages and bridge decks for Rampart Hydro and Construction Services. Following graduation, he joined Rampart full time as a superintendent overseeing hydro, concrete repair, and general construction. Chris further enhanced his knowledge of concrete repairs and garage waterproofing at Eastern Waterproofing and Restoration, following which he moved to Oklahoma City to work for Blazer Structures. While at Blazer, he oversaw the plaza and garage restoration at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Mr. McElhaney began his career at CWC as Project Manager for the new build division, and has served as lead on all of our new build garages. Twenty years after joining CWC, he has proved himself integral to the growth and success of the company. Chris McElhaney presently serves as Vice President/Senior Project Manager of the Design/Build Division.
Marc Palmieri's Bio
Mr. Palmieri graduated from Virginia Polytechnic and State University with a degree in Civil Engineering, focusing specifically on project management. Marc interned for Trumbull, Penndot, and Whiting Turner throughout his college career, following which, he joined Whiting Turner as a Project Engineer. Based in Baltimore, he performed a $60M renovation of Lockheed Martin’s headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Mr. Palmieri later served as Assistant Project Manager for Hitt Contracting based out of Falls Church, Virginia where he performed various interior fit-outs for government clients. Upon his promotion to Project Manager, Marc oversaw multiple assistant PMs and over 30 projects ranging from $1M-$3M. He eventually left Virginia to move back to his hometown of Pittsburgh, and was a vital component in the pre-construction, construction, and close-out of multiple projects, such as the HUB at 3 Crossings for Oxford Development, 350 Oliver parking garage for Millcraft Investments and McKnight Properties, and St. Clair Hospital employee garage. Today, Marc works closely with clients to satisfy their parking needs and manage their expectations. Mr. Palmieri also handles all facets of construction for the design/build division, from project buyout and submittals to field coordination through final completion of closeout.
