Derek, Inc. was established in 1997 by Gerald D. Gattas. Gerry hails from Chicago where his past experience as a project manager for Walgreens and Taco Bell, as well as Director of Development for Boston Market makes us owner oriented.  Derek, Inc.’s experience is strong with well over 20 years building restaurants, retail and commercial construction across the Midwest. Everything from fine dining to fast casual concepts and retail centers; new ground ups, tenant fit-outs and remodels.
