COLD HARBOR BUILDING COMPANY has been making a name for itself in competitive commercial construction since 2000. We have successfully expanded our business, and more importantly our reputation, as a general contractor and construction manager on public and private projects in the Northern Ohio region. Our on-time and on-budget results exceed expectations.

DEDICATION: We do not dictate any project size limits, large or small, and promise to always provide the same level of service and accountability, regardless of the type of work or size of the contract.

SAFETY:  A safe worksite is paramount, and extreme care is taken to protect our workforce. All of our field personnel have successfully completed both the 10- and 30-hour OSHA Safety Training seminars. We employ a third-party safety monitoring company that periodically visits all
of our job sites to ensure rigid adherence to OSHA safety standards.

LEED: We work with owners to initiate, incorporate and document a green building construction process with the goal of obtaining the desired
or requested certification.
