Anthony Andujar's Bio
Anthony joined the company in 1995 and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager. He is committed to bringing dynamic problem solving and decisive time management to every project Andujar Construction takes on. In the field or in the office, Anthony is integral to the company culture, working side-by-side with our whole team. He attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management. He is licensed as a North Carolina General Contractor and Microsoft Project with a certificate of 10 hour OSHA Compliance Training. Anthony enjoys giving back to the community as a member of Habitat for Humanity, Matthews United Methodist Church, and Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

Frank Miceli's Bio
Frank has over 11 years in the construction industry, after receiving his MBA from Western Michigan University. Upon completing his tenure at the University of Illinois, he received his early career CPA. His strong management know-how and attention to financial opportunities creates a strong fiscal base from which the company operates. Frank has a portfolio of leadership roles that serve as a testament to his forward thinking, including board memberships on local Red Cross organizations and the Property Managers Association of West Michigan. He is also licensed to build in Michigan. Frank was born in Chicago before living in western Michigan (Grand Rapids, MI) for most his life, only interrupted by three years in Tokyo on an expatriate assignment.
Interests: Spending time with family, attending the performing arts, and yoga practice
Kenneth B. Andujar's Bio
Kenneth B. Andujar is the founder and CEO of Andujar Construction. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design & build, and business acumen lead him to the construction industry in 1989. Kenneth is licensed and bonded to build in eight states and has built a record number of commercial buildings from design to delivery. Kenneth and his company have a portfolio of award winning commercial buildings, up fits, and car washes. Kenneth prides himself on his deep relationships with his architects, clients and city planners that he and his company have engaged in multiple projects with. He is devoted to building a company culture with his superintendents, project managers, engineers and operational staff that rewards creative thinking, tenure, and involvement in the community. His awards include Charlotte 40 under 40 and the Mullet Award.

Larry Ziner's Bio
Beginning with Andujar Construction in 2007, Larry has brought over 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. His accreditations include LEED AP, Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor (since 1993), and the OSHA 30 hour Safety Training. Originally from Nashua, NH, he moved to the south in 2002. Larry has eight beautiful children, three huskies, and is a North Carolina Foster Parent.

Bransen Patch's Bio
Bransen brings over 30 years of construction experience to Andujar Construction. He obtained a NC General Contractors license after graduating from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. His knowledge of the industry will be vital as our team continues to expand. Developing and managing his own projects, Bransen provides the complete package to project delivery. He has brought several multi-million dollar commercial developments to the Charlotte areaincluding The Piazza at Bellasera, The Waxhaw Professional Center, The Fountains in Charlotte, Bellasera Office Park, and Plantation Office Park.

Heather Guthrie's Bio
Heather joined Andujar in 2010 and has been a project accountant within the construction industry for nearly 20 years. As Director of Operations, she oversees the daily operations of the company but specializes in job cost accounting and maintains a healthy relationship with all of our subcontractors. She is passionate about building and fostering long term relationships with clients and our team. Before entering the construction industry, Heather graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Her personality and motivation is contagious as she helps move the company forward. She decided to move to Charlotte with her children in 2005, from one coast the the other. She has absolutely fallen in love the beaches and warm weather. Outside of the office she is an avid cyclist, wedding and event planner and enjoys woodworking projects. Heather is a member of the Charlotte Woodworkers Association and supports the Polycystic Kidney Disease Awareness Foundation.
Jenn Haefner's Bio
Jenn possesses over a decade worth of construction industry experience. She began her construction career when she discovered the daily variety, problem solving, and teamwork involved. Her advanced technological knowledge and skills are found behind each and every project. She’s previously worked with customers such as the NY Jets, Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, and Target. Working with large and small organizations alike, she has high organization and a drive for continued improvement in productivity and efficiency. She is a licensed notary of Mecklenburg County and has received her OSHA 10 certification. Her passion for animals lead her to rescue two dogs she couldn’t live without. She is the resident techie, even outside the office she is reading up on the newest software updates, helping Andujar Construction remain modern and ahead of the curve.

Luis Torres's Bio
Numbers have always come easy to Luis, he even believed accounting was his calling. A day at a desk wasn’t what he lived for and began working for a local contractor as a laborer; that’s all it took for him to realize his passion for construction and engineering. A career change and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering later, Luis began his journey in construction management. He has since completed more than 100 design & build projects and has garnered over 12 years of experience working for large construction companies. With a desire to be a apart of a team that was more personable, he joined Andujar Construction. His attention to detail and ability to maintain a great relationship with all members of the building team stands above the rest. He is devoted to ensuring projects are on schedule and under budget, helping drive Andujar Construction forward. Luis is certified as a ACI Field Technician- Level 1, PTI Post- Tension Installer, AutoCAD proficient, and holds an OSHA 30 Hours certification.

Don Peebly's Bio
Don began with Andujar Construction, Inc. in 2012 and has since been integral in connecting the firm with our clients. He enjoys helping people achieve the pre-construction and construction solutions that they need to make their project a relative breeze. Having worked with architectural and engineering firms in the past, Don also enjoys interacting with these professionals as well as commercial real estate brokers, developers and project managers to help Andujar Construction meet everyone’s end goal: a successful project, a highly satisfied client, and the ability to look forward to the next project. In 1994 he found himself drawn to the construction industry working with architecture firms and real estate developers.

Stephanie Parker's Bio
Stephanie joined Andujar Construction after moving to Charlotte from Chicago. She studied Marketing and Spanish, as well as International Business and Latin America Studies. With the need to fulfill her creative side, Stephanie began learning web and graphic design in New York City and proceeded to create luxury and corporate event designs that routinely received client admiration. An avid outdoors-man, her move to North Carolina was a natural fit. She is finding Charlotte to be one of her favorite cities she’s lived in (that’s counting six places!) and is passionate about sharing Andujar Construction’s integral role in the city’s growth.
Interests:Trail Running, Paddleboarding, 17 countries backpacked & counting, 2 rescue dogs and should stop counting

Chris Smith's Bio
With over 15 years of in field construction experience, Chris Smith is a vital member of our superintendent team. He has previously worked on a number of projects; Bio Solutions, Talecris Plasma Center, and Sam’s Mart of Berewick. He is licensed as a Type II Refrigeration expert from RSES. He enjoys building furniture, fishing, and spending time with his wife.
Edward Neurock's Bio
Ed is a veteran of the construction industry with over 42 years of experience. He began working with our team on projects such as Caliber Collision, DFM Carwash, and Prosperity Village Retail #3. Originally from Miami, Florida, Ed enjoys coaching softball and golfing as well as spending time with family.
Rick Seese's Bio
In 2001, Rick joined Andujar Construction as a Project Superintendent with over 30 years of industry experience. He is originally from West Virginia and has thirteen years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry. Rick has completed our projects in the Village of Southend Building C, the 1927 S. Tryon office building, and Jetton Park project in Cornelius. He attended Bluefield State College in West Virginia and holds an OSHA 10 Hour certification.
