Scope Of Work
In 2002, the NYC School Construction Authority awarded FCC and Bovis Lend Lease a 230-day contract to upgrade an auditorium at PS 84 Queens. On this project, which included electrical and HVAC work, we were responsible for all aspects of the renovation – demolition, asbestos abatement, wood and tile flooring, construction of a new stage and installation of stage lighting, curtains and an air conditioning system. This project was one of many we have completed over the years for this client.
