Chatham Development Company acquired 500 Northern Boulevard in 2015. After a full gut renovation, the building has tranformed into a light filled, modern office building offering 14 Executive Office Suites.
Suites range in size from 95 SqFt – 115 SqFt.
Suites can be leased furnished or unfurnished, based on the needs of the tenant.
