Scope Of Work
$1.06M; Phased renovation of an existing medical office suite co-managed by St. Louis University Healthcare and SSM. Project took place on the 2nd floor of a 4 story medical office building and all work was coordinated to accommodate the existing tenants. Project was a phased gut and renovate to keep the Orthopedic offices open during construction. All new walls, finished MEPFPs were replaced throughout the space. New private doctor’s offices, exam rooms, x-ray rooms, conference rooms, nurses stations, restrooms, and breakrooms were all included in this project.
