Pinnacle Contracting, Inc.

Founded in 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri by Tom McLaughlin, P.E. and Nelson Grumney, Jr., Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was established with the goal of providing personalized service for every client, no matter the size or scope of the project.

Pinnacle has an experienced team and offers full-service general contracting for owners and developers in industrial, leisure, office, retail and historic renovation categories.

To suit the needs of individual clients, our professional managers perform as traditional general construction, design-build or negotiated guaranteed maximum price contractors. Working with some of the area's top architects, Pinnacle conducts historical and general renovations, tenant build-outs and ground-up projects throughout the region. Acting as owner representatives and construction managers allows Pinnacle to view each project through the eyes of the client.

The managers take a hands-on approach to ensure open communication at all levels, resulting in cost-effective and efficient design, permitting and construction schedules as well as top-quality craftsmanship in every phase of the project.
