Village Tower Apartments is a $2.2 million rehab of 60 independent senior units located in Prescott, AZ. A/C completed this project while maintaining occupancy in the building through a six-phase renovation schedule. Each unit received essential upgrades including, new windows, HVAC systems, flooring, and refinished kitchen and common areas.
