Scope Of Work
The Village at Mackenzie place is a four-phase, $16.2 million independent senior living located in South St. Louis . It began, in its first phase, as a conversation of Affton High school to independent senior living using historic tax credits. The following phases connected the converted school building to three additional new construction, independent senior living buildings. Completed, the complex has 121 units and utilized a mixture of financing sources including, historic tax credits, low income housing tax credits, HUD 202, and conventional financing.
