Scope Of Work
Prior to the completion of this project, Parkside Homes had 31 independent living units, 38 assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing beds. The organization realized a demand for additional housing options for both current and prospective residents. They looked to A/C to guide the implementation two new “household” units on their existing campus. With the completion of this project, the campus, located in Hillsboro, Kansas, grew to hold a capacity of 153 residents.
