Scope Of Work
Morris Healthcare is an 84-unit Skilled Nursing facility in northern Illinois. A/C started construction on the Skilled Nursing project shortly after completing the Morris Healthcare Supportive Living Facility. Combined, this campus has 142 units designed for the care of the local senior population. Completed in April, 2011, the 84-unit nursing facility was built as a replacement facility for Prism Healthcare Group. Upon completion, residents moved from the existing skilled building to this modern, spacious facility. This new Prism Healthcare campus will provide quality care for residents of the region for many years to come. A/C is proud to report that both projects finished on schedule and below budget!
