Scope Of Work
While trying to build a strong customer base in Edwardsville, IL, a new market for the bank, A/C was hired to lead the design/build process. The project utilizes a contemporary design that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere to welcomes new and existing customers. Additionally, by creatively situating the building on the property, the bank has the ability for any future expansion.
This cost-effective design offers a full-service facility. The 1,450 SF structure has three walk-in lobby tellers, a comfortable waiting area, four offices, a three lane drive-up and a drive-up ATM machine.
