Scope Of Work

When developing the site for First National Bank in North Liberty & Iowa City, Iowa, the bank looked to A/C to guide the construction process. The bank chose to strategically place the new branch in high growth areas of each city to increase market share and ensure future long-term growth. This was reflected in the suburban, contemporary design of the structure. The interior of the space further captures the needs to the consumer through a family banking center concept.

Additionally, A/C used a prototype design feature for the head-on drive-up system. This ensures personal customer contact, maximizes teller proficiency, provides ample vehicle stacking during peak periods, and provides for easy access and exiting from drive lanes. In addition, one of the remote teller units is large enough to handle bulk commercial transactions.
