Conversion of historic South Texas Building into one of kind 122 guestroom Home2 Suites Hotel by Hilton. Work included complete demolition structural work for new rooms conversion from exisiting office space to hotel. Including complete construction of indoor swimming pool, renovation of existing elevators, below ground back of house construction.
