Bret Necessary is Vice President of Business Development for MW Builders and brings more than 20 years of hands-on engineering and construction experience to our clients in the development/planning phase and throughout construction. Bret’s experience in the design and construction fields, coupled with several years of experience on the owner’s side, enables him to bring valuable insight to the client, especially during the development phase of the project.

As Vice President of Operations in the Austin office, Jason brings more than 18 years of construction and management experience on a wide array of projects and provides oversight & management of project personnel. Jason’s background in field supervision and project management brings leadership on projects of various facility types and delivery methods throughout the United States.

As President, Todd is responsible for the overall performance of the company and directs the overall operation of MW Builders. All department managers report directly to Todd, including estimating, operations, field supervision, safety, and business development. Todd joined MW Builders right after college, and over the past 24 years, he has worked his way up through the organization and now leads MW Builders.
