Scope Of Work
This student housing project consists of two separate residence halls: men’s and women’s. Each is five stories and was built with structural studs and composite concrete decking, masonry exterior walls, brick veneer facades, standing seam metal roofing and decorative copper flashings. The buildings are a traditional style layout with community laundry and kitchens on each floor. The individual units have shared bathrooms.
