Scope Of Work
Renovation of 700,000 square-feet of existing office space into 11 new courtrooms, each with judge’s chambers and support offices. Given the significant extent of this work, the mechanical, electrical and life safety systems were completely replaced. The project was divided into six phases and work was performed during off hours so that daily operations within the Judicial Center were not disrupted.
