Mr. Hinrichs is a business entrepreneur who has been involved with several highly successful businesses in Southwestern Illinois and the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Mr. Hinrichs began his career in the construction industry in 1981 and continues to make his mark in the St. Louis metropolitan construction arena as co-founder and president of IMPACT Strategies, which he and his business partner, Mike Christ, launched in 2002.

He is a Board Member and Executing Committee Member for the Boy Scouts, Greater St. Louis Area Council and former member of the Southern Illinois University Board of Trustees. Prior to his 30 years of construction experience, Mr. Hinrichs earned a bachelor of science from the School of Technical Careers from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Mr. Christ has been in the construction industry since 1987. After completing his formal education at Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and Management, he has successfully worked in the many facets of the construction business. In 2002, he helped launch IMPACT Strategies, and today his responsibilities include oversight of IMPACT’s Estimating and Pre-construction departments.

Mike leads each of our projects through the designdevelopment stages, ensuring the Owners vision and goals of the project are communicated in the final project estimate and supporting construction documents. Mr. Christ currently participates in civic organizations, including serving on the Construction Leadership Institute Board for Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
