Scope Of Work
A 12,817-square-foot renovation of existing office space into a cancer treatment/infusion center on the fourth floor of an active hospital campus.
The cancer center includes 14 private infusion rooms, six exam rooms, and support spaces. All finishes were constructed and installed to Mayo standards.
This collaborative project is located within St. Vincent’s Riverside and operated by Mayo Clinic.
With an aggressive timeline, the cancer center was completed in 4.5 months.
Recipient of the 2017 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award (Renovation - Less than $4 Million category) presented by Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
