Scope Of Work
A 141,937-square-foot, five-story medical office building located in Midtown Atlanta
The project included 1,587 square feet of retail shell space; build-outs of eight separate suites totaling 71,647 square feet; radiation-oncology center with two linear accelerators and one HDR vault; imaging suite with MRI, CT, spec CT, ultrasound, mammogram, and x-ray room; sports medicine and orthopedics; colon and rectal; medical office/exam room suites; and timeshare.
The building sits on top of a seven-level, 417,845-square-foot, 860-space parking deck
