Scope Of Work
This project entailed comprehensive renovations to an existing 306,000-square-foot high school campus with more than 2,000 student stations. The project scope included complete remodeling of the following:
»» Mechanical system, ductwork, controls, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, fans, and pumps
»» Electrical, light fixtures, fire detection and alarm, security
»» Plumbing, restrooms renovated with new fixtures, ADA compliance
»» New complete fire sprinklers
»» Roof – tear-off and new
»» New stairs
»» Interior (paint, flooring, specialties, new acoustical ceiling)
Renovations were conducted while school was in session. Work was conducted in
five phases to lessen any inconvenience to the school’s activities.
