Scope Of Work
This 18,800-square-foot, four-level addition to the existing hospital provided 32 new patient beds with staff support space on levels two and three, increasing the hospital’s total capacity from 99 beds to 147.
Drive-under parking and emergency department visitor entry access are located on the first level, and an enclosed MEP penthouse occupies the fourth level.
Recipient of the 2017 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award (Healthcare - Less than $10 Million category), presented by Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
