Scope Of Work
A three-story, 45,000-square-foot student housing facility on the historic campus of Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
This 52-room, 104-bed, 26-bathroom facility was constructed to blend seamlessly with the other buildings on the campus, many of which are more than 100 years old.
A reception area, private administration office, and study lounge with data lines were also included in the scope of work.
