Scope Of Work
A 12-story adult and pediatric hospital tower connecting to Wolfson Children's Hospital and Baptist Medical Center in downtown Jacksonville.
The 339,400-square-foot facility features a combination of pediatric and adult services, including ORs, hybrid ORs, imaging (MRI and CT), patient rooms, doctors’ offices, and treatment rooms.
Active ORs and PACU areas in existing hospital were renovated.
Scope of work included demolition of several buildings on the campus along with the partial removal, reconfiguration, and reinstallment of a pedestrian bridge.
An AHCA certified project.
Recipient, 2014 Project of the Year, Excellence in Construction Award presented by Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
Recipient, 2014 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award (Healthcare Over $100 million category) presented by Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
