We are an outstanding General Contractor and hold multiple licenses in the State of Florida. Additionally, due to the nature of our business, we have excelled as Project and Construction Managers.

Project Management - we coordinate with the technical team (engineers, consultants, interior designer, etc.). We develop preliminary cost estimating and obtaining from regulatory agencies the necessary approvals (zoning, building permits, variance, etc.).

Construction Management – this includes the selection and complete coordination of all subcontractors in addition to key components of the construction project.
