Compass Group, Inc. was founded in March of 1999 by Ron and Lisa Flick. Both are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Compass Group has constructed a wide range of Design-Buildand Construction Managed projects. Our projects have ranged from renovating a municipal park to designing and creating the very development that houses our corporate office at Gateway to Amelia. We work diligently with architects, engineers, and the local community to preserve the nature that surrounds it.  Our resume includes multifamily, hospitality, industrial/manufacturing, and restaurants.
