Ron Loder Jr's Bio
Ron’s construction background began in his youth, but officially began in the summer of 1976. His dreams came to light in 1995 when he started his own company, Loder Construction Inc. His most rewarding professional accomplishment has been to grow the company throughout the economic market’s up and downs for 18 years. The company has evolved and excelled in part by Ron’s’ expansive construction knowledge, customer relations, and surrounding himself with a qualified professional workforce. In 2004, Ron received the Small Business Person of The Year Award from the SBA. Ron continues to find areas that need improvement and is continually looking for ways to stay ahead of the latest business trends. Another reason for Loder Construction’s success is that Ron treats his individual customers with respect and appreciation; many of his clients have become personal friends.
Giving back to the community, Ron coached both wrestling and football for 14 years. He was one of the originators of the Jr. Grizzly Football & Cheer, the feeder program for the Granite Bay High School Football team. Ron coached both sports up through the varsity level. According to Ron, some of his favorite memories were the years he was fortunate enough to coach his three sons. After the graduation of the his youngest son, Ron was able to fulfill a long-time passion of his which was to grow and make his own wine. Ron is proud to announce that he has now transformed their 2 ½ acres into a vineyard and winery. In 2013, he received a Double Gold Award for his 2011 Tempranillo. He enjoys sharing his wine making experiences when entertaining his family, friends, and clients. He is also active in our local community. After coaching Football and Wrestling in Granite Bay, from 1995-2009, he now serves and is a board member for the Biletnikoff Foundation. Aside from the foundation and the wine making, he enjoys traveling, and also likes boating, biking, gardening, and BBQs. Most evenings you can find Ron out walking the vineyard with a glass of wine with Kathy, and invites anyone to join them.
Estimating, Purchasing & Preconstruction
JJ Loder's Bio
He received his first hammer at 4 years old, not that he wanted one but, because he kept “borrowing” his father’s. Construction has been a part of his life and being raised as a six-generation carpenter, it came naturally. As a boy he visited his father and grandfather on their construction site, and he learned what was being built. High school and college summers were spent soaked in sweat, at the end of broom as his apprentice skills improved. After graduating from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2008, he started running small Tenant Improvements for Loder Construction and excelled in keeping projects on-time and on budget. JJ has worked in the field and the office and has the ability to take a conceptual project all the way to the ribbon cutting. Currently, he works in the office as head of business development and as an estimator. He resides in Shingle Springs with his wife Lindsay, their two daughters, their dog, Ayla, and her cat (who wishes to not be named). They enjoy camping, ATV riding in the sand dunes, football, golf and traveling.
Ridley Grunden's Bio
Ridley comes from a history of extensive construction knowledge gained from working with his father for years with their family business building luxury swimming pools and as a site superintendent in the production housing market. Ridley has always looked to expand his skills and knowledge into other sectors of the construction industry and has found a home as a Jr. Estimator here at Loder. He has a B.S. in Economics from UC Davis which he looks to incorporate with knowledge from his construction background. In his free time he rebuilds vintage mopeds from around the world when he isn’t camping or on an adventure with his girlfriend Hannah.

Graylon holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Salisbury University in Maryland and shortly after graduation he relocated to Sacramento in pursuit of advancing his life-long love of construction and math as an estimator. In his free time, he continues his mathematic research from college, DCI tournaments, and attending concerts with his fiancée.
