Scope Of Work
Loder Construction was proudly selected by the Roseville Chamber of Commerce to complete a expansion and remodel of their existing facility – located on Douglas Blvd. in Roseville CA. The building was designed by Williams and Patton Architecture. The project was aimed towards improving the Chamber’s ability to help the Roseville South Placer Communities. As the general contractor, we made a conscious effort to keep costs low, while still using materials that were thoughtfully chosen. Our final build out provided a warm and welcoming environment for visitors to the Chamber.
